Real estate can be one of life’s most stressful transitions — new homes, new neighborhoods, and often, new beginnings. Over the years, I’ve learned that success in this business isn’t just about contracts and closings. It’s about composure, connection, and clear thinking when things get complicated.

That perspective started long before I ever sold a house. Early in my career, I worked for an attorney whose wisdom and leadership left a lasting impression on me. Through that time, I was introduced to the Christina Phipps Foundation, an organization that certifies yoga instructors to teach gentle oncology yoga — helping those affected by cancer rebuild strength, balance, and confidence. I’ve been connected to the Foundation ever since, and its mission continues to inspire me deeply.

For years, I’ve practiced yoga inconsistently — always drawn to it, but never quite committed. Eventually, I decided to change that. I completed my teacher training through Seven Hills Yoga Studies here in Tallahassee, to deepen my own practice and to become certified through the Christina Phipps Foundation and share their work with others. What I learned through that process wasn’t just about movement or flexibility — it was about mindset. About showing up, breathing through challenges, and finding calm in moments that feel uncertain.

Those lessons have translated naturally into real estate. My work as a Realtor® isn’t about sales — it’s about steadiness. People don’t come to me just to buy or sell a home; they come because they’re stepping into change. My job is to guide them through it — with patience, perspective, and purpose. After all, buying or selling a home can feel like a thousand moving parts at once.

Over time, I’ve realized that the same qualities that keep me grounded on the mat — focus, breath, and presence — are the ones that help me serve my clients best. These experiences continue to shape how I show up for them — with patience, focus, and genuine care for their well-being. I help people find their footing in many ways, from guiding them through a home purchase to leading them on the yoga mat, supporting them mentally, emotionally, and even physically.

If you’re looking for someone who brings balance to both the business and the human side of real estate, I’d be honored to work with you.

And if you ever want to join me for a yoga session — I’ll save you a mat.
